Equipment:
- immersion blender/blender or food processor
- silicone mold tray, or ice-cube tray
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped seedless watermelon
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Instructions:
- purée watermelon until smooth
- place 1 tablespoon of yogurt in to each mold or ice-cube tray
- fill the rest of the mold with pureed watermelon
- freeze until solid, about 4 hours
- remove treats from mold and store in an air-tight container in your freezer
