Ingredients:
- 1 lb 85% lean ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 350
- bake or microwave your sweet potato until done, set aside and allow to cool
- scoop out inside of potato into bowl and discard skin
- add parsley, egg, turkey, oats, cinnamon, and honey to sweet potato
- mix well with your hands until well combined
- roll turkey mixture into approximately 1 inch balls
- place on cookie sheet and bake in oven for 20-30 minutes (oven times may vary)
- allow to cool before serving and or storing
- store in an airtight container in refrigerator
