Pupcake Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon natural maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
Frosting Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 ounces natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon natural maple syrup
Pupcake Instructions:
- preheat oven to 350
- whisk together all ingredients until well combined
- spoon batter into muffin lined muffin tin
- bake 35-40 minutes
