Pumpkin Banana Pops

This recipe only takes a few minutes to blend all the ingredients and pour into an ice-cube tray or mold. Leave them in the freezer overnight and you’ve got plenty of frozen treats to get you through the next heat wave!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 banana

Instructions:

  • in a blender, purée banana until smooth
  • add yogurt, pumpkin puree, and honey to large bowl, stir until well combined
  • add pureed banana, mix well
  • spoon mixture into ice-cube tray or mold tray of your choice
  • place in freezer until completely frozen
