This recipe only takes a few minutes to blend all the ingredients and pour into an ice-cube tray or mold. Leave them in the freezer overnight and you’ve got plenty of frozen treats to get you through the next heat wave!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 banana
Instructions:
- in a blender, purée banana until smooth
- add yogurt, pumpkin puree, and honey to large bowl, stir until well combined
- add pureed banana, mix well
- spoon mixture into ice-cube tray or mold tray of your choice
- place in freezer until completely frozen
