Welcome Finn

When we said Celine would be our last intake of 2024 – we lied.

While most were enjoying dinner out celebrating with family and friends, or drinking champagne on the sofa in their jammies with their beloved pets, we received a heartbreaking plea that could not be ignored.

At 16 years of age, this precious soul was surrendered to the shelter in horrific condition.

Scheduled to be euthanized at 6pm on New Years Eve, we could not allow his life to end without the love, care and dignity he deserves. We scrambled to find transportation at the last minute, and are very grateful to Philly ACCT volunteer Bridget for stepping up to do something extra special on New Year’s Eve.

Finn is now safe here at Paws Give Me Purpose Sanctuary! He is currently receiving necessary supportive care to keep him comfortable and loves being loved beyond measure.

Please open your hearts to help us with Finn’s care – we cannot do this without you!

Happy New Year

There are truly not enough words to describe how amazed and grateful we are for your dedication, compassion and generosity; thousands of you unwaveringly helped us save lives in 2024, regardless of their personal struggles.

Because of YOU, no Sanctuary resident has gone without, and we were even able to continue to help others in need!

We have dedicated our lives to those that no one else will save, the lives of the most beautiful yet unwanted souls, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for joining us on this incredible mission.

May the coming year be filled with peace, hope, and togetherness of your family and friends. May it bring every abused, neglected, and every single forgotten dog a loving forever home.

It is in this spirit that our board members, staff, volunteers and all of our 4-legged residents here at Paws Give Me Purpose Sanctuary wish you a very Happy and Healthy New Year!

With Gratitude

On behalf of all the Sanctuary residents, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to our 2024 Sanctuary Guardian Angels.
