Neapolitan Pupsicles

Ingredients:

  • plain low fat yogurt
  • carob powder
  • strawberries

For this recipe, adjust your measurements to suit the size of your mold or ice cube tray.

Instructions:

Vanilla Layer –

  • spoon plain yogurt into your mold or ice cube tray
  • cover the bottom of each shape/mold to approximately 1/3 of the way
  • freeze until firm  

Chocolate Layer –

  • add a small amount of carob powder to 1/3 of the yogurt
  • layer on top of your frozen vanilla layer
  • freeze until firm

Strawberry Layer –

  • purée strawberries and mix to combine with last 1/3 of yogurt
  • layer on top of your frozen vanilla and chocolate layers
  • freeze until firm and let your pups enjoy!
