Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 350
- combine all ingredients, mix well until dough is formed
- if dough is too sticky add some more flour 1 tablespoon at a time until no longer sticky and easy to work with
- roll out dough on to lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick
- cut out desired shapes
- place treats on parchment lined cookie sheet
- bake 15-20 minutes
- turn off oven and allow treats to cool inside for maximum crunch
*optional: drizzle with melted peanut butter
