Frozen Kong Recipes

Dogs love to chew, and a treat filled frozen Kong will keep your pup busy, mentally stimulated and happy! Kong toys are perfect for freezing because it makes a long lasting snack. The 3 recipes below are healthy, dog friendly and sure to please your pooch!

All you need to do is mix the ingredients together, fill the Kong toy with the mixture and freeze.

Blueberry Yogurt

  • 1 cup of plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Cookie Crunch

  • 1 cup of plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 cup of plain lowfat cottage cheese
  • 1 handful of your dog’s favorite cookies

Coconut and Banana

  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of unrefined extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 cup of plain low-fat yogurt
