Emergency Funds Needed

Calvin and Hobbes saw the Vet yesterday, and it is time to begin their healing and to give them the best life possible – they truly deserve it! Despite the cruelty they have endured, they are so full of life and still have tons of love to give.

They lived horrible lives of cruelty and neglect, never knowing what it was truly like to be loved or to have a human touch or kindness. They had very little food or water and laid day after day in their own feces and urine only to end up behind shelter walls where they were frightened and unwanted because of their age and condition. No one really knows how or when their nightmare began, but we need to make it better.

We will never really know about everything that went on inside that house of horrors, but until now their lives have been nothing but darkness and fear. We do know that we will make sure that their remaining years are filled with nothing but love and happiness.

The reality is that things are difficult for many of you out there, but we cannot do this without your support. Due to their neglect, these senior gentlemen need very necessary medical care and it is costly; so if you are in the position to do so we ask that you please make a life saving donation today! No amount is too small!

If anyone is interested in sponsoring Calvin and Hobbes lifetime care, please reach out to us directly.

His Smile Says It All

We know that everyone is feeling the stress of the COVID-19 pandemic and wanted to bring some more happy news your way and bring a smile to your faces.

Houston has just celebrated one month in his forever home, and is making amazing progress!

In all honesty, the timing of his adoption couldn’t have been better. With dad home now more than ever, Houston is getting the much needed extra time, attention, and training in order to be the best boy he can be. He has even made some doggie friends within his first few weeks in the neighborhood.

The smile on Houston’s face really says it all, and it reminds us why we continue to do what we do here at Paws Give Me Purpose. We honestly could not have asked for a better dad for Houston, and we are very glad they found each other.

We hope you can all take a moment today to smile, even if it’s only for a second. It’s important at times like this that we take a step back and appreciate the world around us by talking a short walk with our four-legged friends, or reading some happy news about dog adoptions.

Stay happy and stay healthy, everyone!

Make A Life-Saving Donation

Asking for money isn’t easy for anyone to do, but what is even more difficult is asking when so many are out of work and struggling themselves.

We are dealing with a very sad atmosphere and critical time here at Paws Give Me Purpose Sanctuary.

Our funds have been drained and due to the COVID-19 situation donations have sadly come to a dead stop.

Paws Give Me Purpose can’t help any more dogs without your support and the dogs already living here in Sanctuary need to be our priority; they need you now more than ever.

With 2 new senior pups scheduled to arrive, Sanctuary donations are desperately needed.

Please make a life-saving donation today so we can keep our promise to give our Sanctuary residents a safe and loving environment for the rest of their lives.
