This recipe is simple, refreshing, delicious and nutritious!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 6 oz size plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp ground flax-seed
Instructions:
- combine all ingredients in a blender, blend well
- pour mixture into ice-cube trays or a mold (any shape will do)
- freeze for about 2 hours (or until solid)
