Beef Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked whole grain brown rice
  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 large potatoes, finely diced or shredded
  • 4 large carrots, finely diced shredded
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

Instructions:

  • preheat oven to 400
  • combine potatoes, carrots, celery, ground beef, and eggs
  • mix together by hand
  • add olive oil, rolled oats, cooked rice, and mix well
  • roll your meat mixture into balls and flatten down into patties
  • bake approximately 45 minutes (oven times may vary)
  • make sure the beef cakes are cooled down enough before serving to your pup
